With no participant able to match the six main numbers drawn in last night’s SuperEnalotto game, the top prize rolled over once again, but a ticket holder in Palermo is celebrating after winning €652,839 in the draw, while nearly 400,000 other players won great prizes.
The winning numbers for Thursday’s draw were 16, 28, 40, 43, 57 and 61 with Jolly 8 and SuperStar 5. The Palermo resident who won an incredible six-figure windfall for matching five main numbers and the Jolly purchased their ticket at the Bar Tabbachi on the Via Aosta. Their prize is the second-largest Match 5 + Jolly prize won this year, behind a ticket holder from Massa who won €736,650 in the same tier on Saturday 13th August.
The second-largest prize of last night’s draw was awarded to three players who matched four main numbers and the SuperStar to win €55,304 each, with five other participants winning €42,183 each after matching five main numbers.
All other prizes awarded in the draw were worth between €5 for matching only the SuperStar and €3,464 for matching three main numbers and the SuperStar. At the same time, close to 15,000 players each won an Instant Prize of €25 before the draw had even taken place. Saturday’s SuperEnalotto jackpot will be worth an incredible €129.8 million and could quickly become the third-largest prize in the history of the game if this stretch of rollovers continues.
