This column displays the percentage of the prize fund allocated to each prize level. The remaining 2.9% goes into a reserve fund, which is used to ensure there is enough for the advertised jackpot of €500,000. In the rare case that the reserve fund cannot support the advertised jackpot and the money on offer falls below €100,000, restrictions on how the money must be spent are no longer applicable.
If you have won a VinciCasa prize (excluding the jackpot prize), you have 45 days from the date of the draw to claim your prize at a retailer or dedicated payment centre. After 45 days up until the 60-day limit, you then have to claim your prize from one of the Sisal offices based in Milan or Rome. View the How to Claim page for more information.
If you have won the VinciCasa jackpot prize, you will need to visit one of the Sisal offices based in Milan or Rome within 60 days of the draw:
Via A. Tocqueville
Viale Sacco e Vanzetti
Once your claim has been validated, you then have two years to buy a house, although you can invest in multiple properties if you prefer. All purchases must remain within budget (with additional fees and taxes being paid for by you) and the property must be located within Italy.
Once you have chosen your property/properties, you must contact Sisal and provide a lottery official with the following information:
- The date, time and place of the deed signing
- Seller and notary references
- The price of the property/properties
