What is MilllionDay?
MillionDay is a daily lottery with a post-tax top prize of €1 million. Players pick five numbers between 1 and 55, with each line costing €1. Draws take place every night at 7pm CET, and there are four prize levels, beginning with a €2.17 award for matching two numbers. That prize is rounded down to €2 after tax.

The three €1 million MillionDay winners so far are:
A player from Caltagirone on Sicily, who bought their ticket for the draw on Friday 16th February at a shop run by Oriana Failla. They played the numbers 40, 41, 44, 46 and 48.
A ticket holder who played on Thursday 1st March at a bar called La Ruota in Fumone, about 45 miles southeast of Rome. The winning numbers for were 1, 20, 47, 48 and 52.
A player who picked up their entry in Fernando Agostino’s shop in Gioiosa Ionica, Calabria on Sunday 4th March. They chose 3, 9, 15, 34 and 55 to win the €1 million post-tax prize.

Lottery fans can now play MillionDay online for the first time, after internet sales went live on Wednesday 7th March. Previously it was only open to retail customers, allowing the online network to be developed and tested.
