SuperEnalotto Jackpot Estimated at €53.7 Million

SuperEnalotto Jackpot Estimated at €53.7 Million

Tuesday is here and that means the first draw of the week will take place tonight for the SuperEnalotto. The draw that will take place this evening will only be the 7th draw of the year for this Italian lottery game and the SuperEnalotto jackpot available to win tonight is estimated at €53.7 million. 2012 is yet to have any SuperEnalotto jackpot winners, so will any players finally match the numbers drawn tonight to become the first top prize winners of this year, or will this jackpot remain elusive and rollover yet again?

The jackpot in the SuperEnalotto was last won in September 2011, however since then no players have been lucky enough to win the jackpot, meaning that it has increased from €16 million to the estimated €53.7 million for tonight’s draw in the space of almost four months.

In addition to their being no top prize winners for a while, the second tier prize – which is won by matching five numbers along with the Jolly number, has also remained elusive. This particular prize was last won on the 31st December 2011, however since then no players have been lucky enough to win this second tier prize.

This time last year, in January 2011 there was just one jackpot win which happened on the 7th January 2011. There was one winning ticket in this draw which matched all six of the numbers drawn to win €13,570,629, so it will be interesting to see if January 2012 can either match or surpass the total amount of top prize winners from January 2011.

Remeber the SuperEnalotto results will be available to view online shortly after the draw takes place tonight - so have your tickets ready if fancy the title of first SuperEnalotto jackpot winner of 2012.
